If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Eco Review Lab is found liable for any reason, our aggregate total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or its content is to stop using the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eco Review Lab, its owners, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason — including breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.

Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one year after the claim arises.

12. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notice to hello@ecoreviewlab.com containing:

  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • The exact URL where the allegedly infringing material is located
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eco Review Lab regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
